Refund Policy

Refunds for products or services are issued at the sole discretion of DNAAnswers.com. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair and thorough resolution.

Refund requests must be submitted within four weeks of placing an order. After this period, refunds may not be granted. Orders may be eligible for a refund prior to testing; however, once a testing has been started or testing has been performed and results or data have been generated, refunds will not be issued.

A cancellation or restocking fee may apply to approved refunds. Shipping costs, expedited shipping fees, and third-party collection or booking fees are non-refundable.

In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

DNAAnswers.com does not offer refunds for inconclusive results or cases where no DNA is found, as testing services have been completed.
